Custom & Personalized Orders

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are considered final once your order has been prepared or shipped.

However, we want you to be happy — if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery, and we’ll make it right whenever possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Please email us at info@curatedcreationsgifts.com within 3 business days.

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the item.

  • We’ll review your request and offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Because of health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used food items

  • Custom-made or personalized gift baskets

  • Sale or promotional items

Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
    Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
